Payment and insurance

While I am not on insurance panels, many plans provide out-of-network benefits or in some circumstances will allow a one-time agreement because of my specialties. Please call me directly or check with your insurance company.

All payments are expected at time of service. I accept checks, credit cards and Paypal. Please review my payment policy as detailed in my Service Agreement. I require cancellation no less than twenty-four hours before your appointment; otherwise you will be charged for a full session. Please note that insurance companies will not reimburse for cancelled sessions and you will be responsible for the full amount.
